Campus Data Center scheduled maintenance

Dear UCD HPC users,

Please note there is a maintenance date scheduled by Facilities for Fri, April 2nd, when all hardware must be powered off for a data center emergency generator test. HPC team has put a Slurm job scheduling system reservations to avoid this time frame. Additional routine HPC maintenance tasks are planned to be completed on that week.

Affected clusters: Farm, Peloton, Impact, Demon, Cardio, Gauss and all other HPC systems located in the Campus Data Center.

Slurm scheduler reservations are made from Thu 04/01/21 6AM to Mon 04/05/21 6PM for Farm and to The 04/08/21 6AM to all other clusters.

Please plan your work accordingly.
